With over 15 years of business management experience in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, and Canada, Maggie Chen is an entrepreneur who is passionate about business development. She is an energetic person who thrives in the world of business, always looking for ways to use her experience and share her talents. She hails from Taiwan and graduated from Shih Chien University in Taipei with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and statistics and worked for IBM shortly after.
After moving to Canada in 1997 she was established as president of the Comox Valley Multicultural Association. She then moved to Calgary and decided that she wanted to start a company of her own and established CTL Business Group Limited in 2007. In 2015, she went to Kennesaw State University to study Mergers & Acquisitions. Using her 15 years experience CTL Business Group Limited has grown into a multi-service company offering business management consulting, marketing consulting, accounting, taxation, and tax/accounting training for small and medium size businesses.
